Project & Company Admin Feature Toggles
Every enterprise and partner organization operates with different operational priorities. Sferafy provides a dedicated administrative control console at '/settings/features' where allowed administrative roles ('company_admin', 'project_admin') can activate or deactivate modules on demand.
Toggled capabilities include Leave Management, Contractor Invoicing & Payments, Hardware Inventory Registry, On-Call Engineering & Comp-Time, Whistleblower Portal, Employee Wiki, Events & Announcements, Peer Feedback, and 1-on-1 Sync Notes.
Company-Level Settings Isolation
A core architectural invariant of Sferafy is absolute multi-tenant isolation: any setting, configuration change, or feature toggle set by an authorized role for a partner 'company_id' is applied exclusively to that specific company.
PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) ensures that partner configurations stored in 'company_feature_configs' are partition-isolated. No partner admin can view, alter, or inherit configurations belonging to another organization.
Resend Sovereign Transactional Email Delivery
Sferafy integrates modern transactional email delivery via the Resend API. When key operational events occur — such as leave approvals, manager rejections, workspace invitations, or compliance alerts — notifications are dispatched using high-performance responsive email templates.
The email delivery pipeline features automatic retry handling, rate limiting, and fallback audit telemetry to ensure high deliverability without blocking user actions.
Partner Onboarding & Functional Templates
When a partner administrator registers a new company, Sferafy provides pre-configured functional starter templates — including initial sample announcement posts, policy outlines, and category tags — so new workspaces avoid confusing empty states.
Administrators can choose between instant template seeding to demonstrate immediate platform value to their team or a pristine clean slate tailored to custom corporate processes.
