1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the Sferafy platform, APIs, or accompanying software services provided by Sferafy OS ("Sferafy", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Customer", "Organization", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you possess the requisite authority to bind that entity.
2. Multi-Tenant Isolation & Account Sovereignty
Sferafy provides multi-tenant operations desks with cryptographic tenant isolation. Each organization operates within an isolated boundary governed by PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS). You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and access tokens.
- You agree not to bypass, probe, or test tenant boundary security.
- You will not use automated scrapers or bots outside authorized APIs.
- Administrative roles assume fiduciary responsibility for issued invitations and permission delegations.
3. Financial Operations & Stripe Processing
Digital invoices generated through Sferafy utilize Stripe Connect infrastructure. Sferafy acts as an orchestration conduit and does not hold customer funds directly. By executing Stripe invoices or payouts, you agree to comply with Stripe's Services Agreement and respective financial regulations.
4. Service Availability & SLA
We strive for 99.99% operational uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Enterprise agreements include dedicated response SLAs and custom regional node guarantees.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and the European Union standard contractual clauses for cloud data processing, without regard to conflict of law principles.
